Ben is a performer, musical theater writer, orchestrator, and coach. It says so on his homepage.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Ben debuted his work at Feinstein's/54 Below with his concert Geeks, Misfits, and Nobodies followed by an evening featuring selections from his musical I Don't Want to Talk About About It. Recently, Ben was selected to be a featured artist for the Broadway’s Future Songbook Series at Lincoln Center highlighted by a concert of his music at the Bruno Walter Auditorium. Ben’s work has been showcased by artists ranging from Tony Award® winning actors to some of Broadway's best and brightest emerging performers.
Ben holds a BFA in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Shortly after graduating, Ben toured the country as Christian Grey in the hilarious 50 Shades! a musical parody, a role which he went on to perform Off-Broadway.
Additionally, Ben works as an audition and repertoire coach in the greater New York area specializing in College Audition Preparation. Under Ben's expert tutelage and preparation, his students have been accepted to and have attended some of the country's best college theater programs such as:
